Introduction | Lactobacillus paracasei was isolated from breast milk without any domestication or mutagenesis. Microcapsule embedding and freeze-drying technology can maintain high activity and tolerance of probiotics to the external environment. Lactobacillus paracasei can tolerate gastric acid and cholic salts, and has an excellent intestinal adsorption capacity. The activity of Lactobacillus paracasei remained stable during storage at room temperature or frozen for two years. |
