Lactobacillus paracasei ET-66 was isolated from breast milk without any domestication or mutagenesis. Microcapsule embedding and patented freeze-drying technology can maintain high activity and tolerance of probiotics to the external environment. Lactobacillus paracasei ET-66 can tolerate gastric acid and cholic salts, and has an excellent intestinal adsorption capacity. The activity of Lactobacillus paracasei ET-66 remained stable during storage at room temperature or frozen for two years. This strain has also obtained a patent "food, oral cleaning and pharmaceutical combination of lactic acid bacteria strains for inhibiting oral pathogens".
