Recombinant bprV protein from Dichelobacter nodosus (CAT#: LBGF-0626-G190)

Our Recombinant bprV protein is sourced from Dichelobacter nodosus and expressed via specialized heterologous hosts (E. coli, yeast, or mammalian cells) to achieve native-like conformation. We prioritize exceptional purity and low endotoxin levels to guarantee reliable performance in your experimental workflows. Detailed quality metrics, including purity and specific biological activity (where available), can be found on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

Handling & Storage
Stability&Storage 1.Lyophilized Powder: Stored at -20°C to -80°C, the product is stable for 12 months from the date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it is stable for up to 1 week at 2-8°C or 3 months at -20°C to -80°C.
2. Liquid Form: Stored at -20°C to -80°C, the product is stable for 6 to 12 months (avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles). Aliquot upon arrival to prevent degradation.
Reconstitution For Lyophilized Powder. Always centrifuge tubes before opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Do not vortex.
1. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a stock concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.
2. Dissolve the protein by gentle pipetting up and down or by inverting the tube.
3. Allow the solution to stand at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to ensure complete reconstitution.
4. Aliquot the reconstituted solution into working volumes and store at -20°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
