Handling Procedure (Reconstitution) 1. Centrifuge the product tube at 12,000 rpm for 1 min.
2. Carefully add the required volume of sterile , nuclease-free ultrapure water.
3. Vortex the tube to ensure the product is fully dissolved.
4. To prevent degradation from repeated freeze-thaw cycles and to ensure long-term integrity, we recommend creating multiple single-use aliquots immediately after reconstitution. Store aliquots at −20°C for long-term storage. For immediate use, an aliquot may be stored at 4°C for up to 4 weeks.
